We offer a 100% satisfaction assurance, if you are in any way not absolutely satisfied with your purchase please send it back for a full refund. Please fill in our returns form located on our contact page within 10 days of receiving your jewelry. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover return freight charges. Please use a registered freight service, we are not liable for goods lost in transit. Goods must be received in the condition in which they were sent.

Exchange

We offer a free exchange policy, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please use our contact form to contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange a free exchange. We will cover the cost of returning the initial shipment via a registered freight service.
